I had a fantastic time at this hotel with its great access to the hurricane valley pioneer museum just a 15-minute walk away and a few steps from delightful dining options like pizzeria wagon. the mattress and pillows were so incredibly comfortable that it made getting up for my hikes a real challenge.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spotless, and the beds were exceedingly comfy, ensuring a restful night. The free breakfast was fresh and included a delightful variety of hot options, enhancing the start of the day. However, the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were quite small, making it challenging for two guests. Additionally, while the overall experience was pleasant, parking could be slightly convoluted during busy times.

Should you go for it? my answer

This hotel offered a fantastic price-to-quality ratio. Our room was spacious and perfect for a short getaway. Though we didn’t use the pool, it looked inviting. Staff were incredibly helpful, providing laundry services and local tips for dining and activities. The only letdown was the limited breakfast selection.

Perfect for a Group Getaway

Great hotel close to Zion National Park. We had a 4-person room for one night only but we could easily spend there couple of days. The laundry service was a lifesaver, just a couple bucks and we got all our stuff cleaned.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for the quality.

The hotel was incredibly clean and our room had a large 50-inch LED TV, which was perfect for binge-watching our favorite shows after a day of exploring Zion. The pool area was a hit with the teens, providing a great way to relax.

My kids wished for more options at breakfast, especially earlier hours for our Zion adventures.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed a pleasant night in a spacious room, perfect for our family. However, we recommend arriving early for breakfast as it starts at 7 am, which is late for those planning to visit Zion early. The hotel offers good amenities but could extend breakfast hours.

My stay at the Wingate in Hurricane was generally good! And the modern, clean facilities added to my comfort. Breakfast selection could be improved, especially for those with dietary restrictions. A wonderful experience for my travels.

The pool area was a perfect retreat after hiking, and the staff truly went above and beyond by providing ice for our coolers when the in-room freezer was inadequate.

The room was super comfy with a fresh smell and spotless cleanliness. Beds had plenty of soft pillows, which made for a great night's sleep. The large shower in the bathroom was really nice too. They also had this awesome couch with a side table, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Oh, and the quietness was a bonus, even with the highway close by. Just a couple of noisy trucks early in the morning, but otherwise, it was peaceful.
